I got distracted by other projects so I didn't get to do all the things I would've liked, but I still think its kinda neat. Speaking of other projects, this feels like a fitting place to put my plans for next year. I'm not doing Vein stuff monthly that was a dumb idea.

I think this mission is a nice little bow for the type of stuff I made this year, and I desperately want to move on to other kinds of projects. Making new combat systems is fun, but it is limiting and I'm gonna try to make (and maybe release) some quieter things.

Here are some of the things I'm currently working on:

1. a hack of Bxllet where you play as fae creatures who steal names from mortals through social manipulation
2. Hollow Signal: a project I started with a friend, who's making the art while I write dumb shit; it started out with me trying to think of mixing the vibes of Hollow Knight with Jet Set Radio for some reason, and now there's a political angle to it so Disco Elysium and Umurangi Generation are also coming to mind, I dunno it's still early in the process
3. Pigskin Silhouettes: a Powered By 4-Sided Batteries stealth game that I started before I even started Luminous Vein. I remember really liking it but I havent read it in a few months so i'll see
4. Luminous Vein pirate- and skater-themed dlcs, and maybe a Neon White-esque expansion, and if I have the free time and interest, an expansion for brimstone.net that uses an actual website I can link to instead of random shit I want you to look at
