Its Halloween babyyy this document has caused me so much fucking stress but I really think I found a way to make something more thematically meaningful than the base game's rules. Maybe I could've made the new region a little more autumnal, and add like some kind of trick-or-treating alternative ruleset and a costume mechanic, but maybe next year (probably not).
